I tried my new ZWO ASI L&P imaging camera last night despite breezy conditions and rather poor seeing. This Registax stacked and processed sequence of the 60 best images (out of 500) was taken in B&W mode though a deep red filter with the C-14 at f/7. This software is just amazing and FREE. The red filter was used because all leading L&P imagers maintain bad seeing is not as evident at longer wavelengths. I compared sequences taken with and without the filter and the latter seem a little better. The splatter of really small craters near Copernicus are less than a mile in diameter. I look forward to a night of really good seeing and no breezes!
